Every new cafe starts with 15 free days, then can continue into MetaV billing without losing continuity.

The original project handled cafe subscriptions as part of the onboarding flow. Our CI4 version keeps that logic, but upgrades the billing layer so it is ready for real gateway handling.

The owner gets the main portal account that controls menu, billing, staff, and branding.

02. Select a plan

Choose the subscription rhythm that fits your branch and operating pace.

03. Activate trial access

A free 15-day window is activated first, so the owner can keep moving before the first paid renewal.

04. Wait for approval

The platform team reviews cafe readiness before public ordering becomes available.
