From cafe signup to QR orders, every step now follows one clean operating flow.
We studied the original `order` project, extracted its real operational sequence, and rebuilt that same journey inside CodeIgniter 4 with a calmer, richer Magicoffy identity.
That means QR menu access, guest checkout, owner and staff desks, platform approval, subscription control, and MetaV-ready billing.
The exact journey we extracted from `order`
The original project proved the operational model. Our version keeps the same logic, but organizes it into a cleaner CI4 structure and a more intentional visual system.
Cafe Onboarding
Owner creates a cafe account, selects a plan, and opens the billing trail from the first moment.
Billing And Approval
Subscription records and payment callbacks prepare the cafe for platform approval and go-live control.
QR Menu Publishing
Each cafe gets a slug-based public menu and a QR asset that points guests into the ordering journey.
Guest Ordering
Customers order without account friction, move through checkout quickly, and follow status updates afterward.
Operational Control
Owners, staff, and platform admins each get the desk they need for orders, menus, users, billing, and reporting.
One workflow, multiple roles, no confusion.
The `order` project separated customer ordering from internal operations. We keep that principle, but structure it around clear areas inside the CI4 application.
Menus, staff, branding, and QR assets stay isolated per cafe just like the source workflow intended.
Live fragments and dashboard updates use HTMX patterns instead of the older AJAX style from the legacy build.
Subscriptions now live inside a real payment flow that can route owners into MetaV checkout and webhook activation.
